Hong Kong Government (seconded from AMD), Acting Superintendent, Government Civil Hospital May 14, 1887 (vice Charles John Wharry, retired) - November 1, 1887 (succeeded by another AMD surgeon, Henry Neville Thompson). Member, Commission to Inquire into the Causes of the Fever Prevailing in the Western District, Hong Kong December 17, 1887.
