HONG KONG 1915. Government doctor, Assistant Medical Officer of Health May 8 1915; Acting Medical Officer of Health (vice Wilfred William Pearse) May 1 - June 4, 1923. Lecturer in Hygiene, HKU 1921-23. JP (official) 1922-24.

Had issues: 1. Alice Marjorie Woodman (m. William Forbes Stone, s/o P.E.F. Stone; had issue: 1. Geoffrey Paul Stone, Lance Bombardier, HKVDC, killed in action December 25, 1941, the Battle of Hong Kong.)

[Woodman was involved in a malpractice lawsuit - T. Anderson vs. J.H. Sanders, in which Dr. James Herbert Sanders of the Matilda Hospital was sued for damages by Thorwald Anderson, a former foreman of Hong Kong Wharf. Woodman was rebuked by the Chief Justice William Rees-Davis as being unprofessional during the trial on December 17, 1923 at which he testified as a witness.]
